AXE THROWING FAQS


How much does axe throwing cost?
The cost is $25 per person for 1 hour and 15 minutes of axe throwing fun


Are waivers required and there any age restrictions?
A signed waiver is required of all participants and spectators. Anyone 18 years of age and older must sign their own waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver on their behalf. A participant must be 12 years old and any participant under the age of 18 must have a participating parent, guardian, or adult over the age of 25 present. No one under the age of 12 is permitted in the axe throwing area.


What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that is not too bulky to interfere with your throwing of an axe. Flat closed-toed shoes are required. No high-heeled shoes, flip flops, sandals, or shoes with bare skin visible below the ankles.


How many people can throw on a lane? 
A maximum of 6 and a minimum of 3 …..Parties of less than 3 may be paired with walk-in participants


Can I bring my own axe?
Currently, no. We will provide all axes.


Are spectators allowed in the area?
Spectators must be with a group that is participating. Space in the axe throwing area is limited and we want to ensure that those that are participants are not be crowded out by those that are not.


Do you sell food and alcohol?
JB’S Axe and Tap House is a full-service restaurant bar and grille with specialty cocktails. Local wines, and the area’s largest craft beer selection. Please place food orders prior to your axe throwing experience or call ahead of time and we will have your food ready when you begin. 
You will not be permitted to throw an axe if you are intoxicated, even if you are a friend of the owner or member of management.
