What time does the theatre open?
The ticket booth typically opens 30 minutes prior to the first showing. For big releases, we may open 45 minutes prior to show time to handle the expected business volume.
Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes. Go to http://worldofsports.pfestore.com/capacity/titles/ to purchase tickets online.
Can I change my online booking after purchase?
All ticket sales online are final and are show and show time specific.
I have purchased my ticket online. Do I still need to go to the ticket box?
Yes. Please confirm your purchase of an online ticket with personnel in the box office or designated personnel at the front entrance.
Can I purchase gift cards for the movies?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased at the cinemas or online at https://worldofsports.centeredgeonline.com
Do you have a policy regarding cell phone use?
Yes. As a courtesy to all patrons, the use of a cellular device after the start of the feature is not permitted. Cell phone use or any other disruptive behavior will result in being asked to leave the movie with out refund.
Can I order food or a mixed beverage from JB’s and take it to the movies?
Yes. Food can be delivered any time. We will give you an idea of how long it will take to prepare and deliver it to the counter in the cinemas for you to pick up. Mixed beverages may be purchased at JB’s and brought to the cinemas for adult movies anytime and for PG Rated movies for the last evening show.
I am not an adult.... Can I see an R Rated film?
A Parent, Legal Guardian, or an adult over the age of 21 must purchase the ticket and remain seated with anyone under the age of 17 to an R Rated feature. No child priced tickets are sold for R Rated films. No child that is 6 years of age or younger can attend an R Rated movie, even with parental consent. Our staff has been instructed to require ID
Can I drop my child off at the movie theatre?
We want to provide a family friendly environment for all our guests and believe that families that play together, stay together. We require and expect a parent, guardian, or adult to accompany all guests under the age of 18 and agree to be responsible for their conduct and safety.
Do you permit smoking?
We are a smoke free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. There is a designated smoking area outside the front entrance.
